I bought flowers over the phone from out of town. I received a texted picture of them when they arrived. They exceeded expectations. The guy who took my order told me they would. He wasn't lying. I recommend these guys.

My grandson was in the local hospital. This florist shop went above and beyond my expectations to send my grandson a beautiful basket. They made a swift and timely delivery also. I would highly recommend this florist & I will use them again.

This is a small women owned business that could not have had better customer service. I called all of the local florists looking for a same day delivery just a couple days before Valentines day. Every other florist had high order minimums and high delivery fees and most would not offer same day delivery. Holly, the owner, could not have been more friendly and patient, going over the order in detail and then texting me a picture of the bouquet.

I would like to start off by saying what I ordered was something for father's day. I called in the morning it was delivered at lunch time.The arrangement was beautiful and the price was affordable. The surprise and look on his face was priceless. Thank you and you have my business in the future.

Huge shoutout to Victoria Flower Co. I went to and called multiple tree lots and I got a lot of mixed feelings and negative responses. I was by myself with two little ones and asked them if I could just have help getting it on top of my car. I was happy to strap it down it was just the initial haul up. Victoria Flower Co did not disappoint! Both my kids had just fallen asleep in the car and both the women in the tent were beyond helpful, I ran in told them exactly what I was looking for and picked out a tree in less than 5 minutes within eye shot of my car. One of the ladies cut my tree, wrapped it and watched my car while the other lady took my card! Then they even asked the manager to come out and lift it on my car and they took the time to help me tie it down! Had me in and out in ten minutes all while the kiddos slept, they took care of me and my family and for that they deserve the best review! Thank you so much! I will never shop anywhere else for a tree in Victoria!

I called at 4pm for a 9am funeral the next day, and I am so happy I did! The employee talked with me about exactly what I wanted and what my budget was, and I was incredibly happy with the outcome! Even better than I expected! Everyone said they were the prettiest arrangement there. And this is about a week after a hurricane! Top notch and very professional! Gorgeous arrangement!

I was very specific on what I wanted for my bouquet and boutonnières and they delivered! It was exactly what I wanted and asked for very kind people as well! I would recommend this place to anyone especially if you need a wedding bouquet and boutonnières. Thank you ladies!

This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. The ladies at Victoria Flower Company were so kind and went above and beyond to help create a beautiful sympathy bouquet for me! The morning before the viewing, I ordered flowers from Avas Flowers and realized it was a total scam (contact your local florist directly, guys)!! In a panic, I cancelled my order and got my money back with limited time to spare to find a new arrangement. When I spoke to the women at Victoria Flower Company, they immediately understood my panic and sprung into action! They asked me to text them a photo of the bouquet that I was looking to purchase from Avas Flowers, as well as my budget, and began personalizing a bouquet for me, telling me exactly what flowers they'd include and working out a timely delivery directly to the funeral home. It was delivered on time, and my family thought they were stunning. I'm beyond grateful for the team and highly suggest you purchase your next floral needs at Victoria Flower Company!
